W inter is no longer a season where people dressed down from the nines to the fives. Although most winter outfits seems dull and boring especially with all the bland colours but fret not my dearies, there’s always a way to keep you in style even in winter.
If you can’t express your inner fashionista with your clothes, let your crowning glory take over and do all the talking.
To spice up your look, let’s play Barbie and get your hair all dolled up this fall. Here’s a number of hair trends that’s been heating up both the runway and the streets.
1) Precise Ponytail
Yes, clearly this is not a new trend and I’m sure anyone with hair has done a ponytail before. But instead of doing a classic, regular back to school ponytail or whatever you called it, make it smart and sleek with no flyaways. You can wear it super-high like the model below or you could go low like Gwyneth Paltrow and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Simple yet oh-so-pretty! Who knew with just a simple up-do, one can look this good.
2) Low-volume hair
This Fall we are OUT with the high volume hair and IN with the low volume hair. This is the time where you could save up your pennies and cut down your visits to the saloon for your weekly blow-out. Just towel dry your hair and flat iron some parts of it to give some texture and off you go. It could be a sexy out of bed hair too.
3) Braid and Twist
It’s easy like ABC. Perfect for whenever you’re in hurry or you’re planning to go out after work and you don’t have the time to prep yourself. One of the easiest hairstyle ever created and still end up making you look pretty. Credits to the creator!
4) Bouffant
This what it seems almost similar to the beehive hairstyle is definitely my favourite for this Fall. For a casual look wear a headband like Hilary Duff and for a sexy night out, style it like Jennifer Lover Hewitt. The men might not get it but who cares, right? After all, we women dress and make ourselves beautiful for other women to see not men. The men even joked that if women were to dress for men, they would be running around naked.
5) Sparkly statement accessories
Lazy to create any of the hairdos above? or you’ve tried it all already? Here’s another tip, just put on a bold statement hair accessories. This season is not about flower hair clips, big bow and such. Grab the attention (in a good way of course) and go all sparkly and glittery this Fall by sporting yourself with shiny hair accessories like Lily Cole and Tyra Banks.
