I don’t know about everyone else, but I find it difficult to find a really great facial cleanser that won’t dry out my skin. Most cleansers dry me out especially around the nose and chin area and I hate getting flaky skin as I’m sure anyone would.
So far I’ve liked the products that I have tried from Kiehl’s (the lip balm in particular), so I thought I would give their facial cleanser a try to. The Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser is a mild cleanser which is formulated with a sugar-derived glycoside foaming agent to thoroughly cleanse skin and remove light traces of makeup. It’s formula is suppose to cleanse without over drying the skin and without stripping skin of its natural oils.
So far I’ve been using this facial cleanser for two weeks, and I’m loving it! It really does do what it claims, and my skin feels so much better because there is no over drying effect. My skin feels softer after each cleansing session.
The cleanser comes in a large tube, which (according to the shop assistance) can last up to six months because all you need is a tiny amount. And he is right about needing the tiny amount, because it foams up great even though the portion is tiny. I definitely believe that it can last six months or more.
If you have dry skin and difficulties finding cleansers that work right like I do, I would recommend that you give this one a go. Yet another great product from Kiehl’s, love it!
