M y shoe is biting me!! HELP!

i always get blisters near my heels when i wear these kind of shoes(referring to ballet flats from this post)..but im dying to wear them coz they’re just cute and comfy!

Most of the ballet flats that are available here has very hard backs, which makes it super hard to be worn (But we still do anyway, just because it is cute!). Like this black one from Zappos.com.

Cute, but omg, i can feel how pain it is going to be already!

My mother always tells me is to bite the shoes first before wearing it! lol. But that is just a silly superstition :)

One of the ways that you can do to ease the pain is to get those patch thing to put at the heel back part of the flats. I think you can get it at Watson’s or Pedal Works or any specialized shoe shops..

Or, one technique that my friend uses, is to step on the back part of the shoes to make it flatter. Of course this technique will spoil your shoes a bit lah.

*After looking at my newsletters, i found out that Pedal Works carries Foot Petals. These are cushions that help prevent blisters when wearing killer shoes!:) This Heavenly Heels is used for the back of the heels!:) I think you’re looking for this?

Heavenly Heels Petals is about USD$6.95. So I’m guessing it is going to cost RM20-30 in Malaysia (I’m not sure of how much it is, exactly).

Save your feet! Get this Heavenly Heels Petals from Foot Petals available in Pedal Works

Hope that helps:)

To everyone else, what is your very own remedy for blistered heels?

I think the Scholl foot care tht is sold in pharmacies like Watsons & Guardian’s has a similar heel cushion.

Yep those Scholl footcare stuffs do help a great deal in preventing blisters.

We recommend instead of getting Scholl heel cushion (it gets worn off after a few wears :( ),get Scholl Air-Pillo Comfort Half Insoles (supposedly to be placed at the balls of your feet) to be placed at the heels of the shoes. It is much thicker and lasts longer than the heel cushion. Customize its shape, glue it (yes, elephant glue and all!) and voila…! You can wear these shoes yet save your feet from blister marks and all :)

    hi

hahahaha.. i want to ask this similiar question last week but my english very bad then i dunno how to explain it.Thanks Addy for asking this kind of question.

i have similiar problem like this, i have a lot of shoes but i cannot wear for a long time. i felt the pain and now when i went to anywhere i just only wear flip flop ( selipar jamban ).

before this i`m using the cheap pedal one ( RM 5.90) but its still cannot work and i have big blister marks now. i`ll try the heavenly heels petals and hope that can helps.

if u have blister mark or any mark at your heels you can use “Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Vitamin E Scar Serum “. its helps to prevent and reduce ur marks and the price only RM 70 for 1fl oz, if i`m not mistaken.
